CreatorsX (“CreatorsX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use creatorsx.co and our related services (the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Application information — your full name, email address, phone number, social media handles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, X/Twitter), backup account handles, OnlyFans account links (if applicable), and your responses to questions about your existing audience and management status.
• Contact form information — any details you submit through our contact page or other inbound channels.
• Account information — if you become a client, your login credentials, profile picture, and account preferences.
• Connected account data — if you connect a social or content platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, or OnlyFans), we store the authorization tokens or account credentials needed to retrieve your data, encrypted at rest, and we periodically sync statistics from those platforms — such as follower counts, views, and earnings — on your behalf.
• Performance data — for active clients, the platform statistics (follower counts, views, OnlyFans earnings, and similar metrics) that we record and sync to track your growth.
• Subscriber and fan data — for clients whose accounts we manage, we process information about your subscribers and fans (such as usernames, subscription status, activity, and spending history) solely to help you manage those relationships. This information belongs to you; we handle it on your behalf.
• Financial and tax information — for active clients, the payout details and tax identification information you provide so we can process and report your earnings.
• Files and media — content you upload to your client vault for management purposes.
• Communications — messages exchanged through our Services, including email correspondence.

We also process limited technical information, such as your IP address and browser or device type, on a transient basis to operate and secure the Services and prevent abuse. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking services.

• To review and respond to your application.
• To provide, operate, and improve our management Services.
• To communicate with you, including sending automated confirmation and account emails.
• To track performance metrics for clients we manage.
• To connect to the third-party platforms you authorize and sync your performance statistics.
• To help you manage relationships with your subscribers and fans.
• To secure our platform and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Services, including Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting).
• Connected platforms — the social and content platforms you choose to connect (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, and OnlyFans), which you authorize us to access on your behalf, along with the third-party data providers we use to retrieve statistics from those platforms.
• Legal authorities when required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified before your data is transferred.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted database storage, and access controls. Sensitive items such as platform access tokens and account credentials are additionally encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain application and client data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. After termination, we may retain limited information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

The Services are intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We use a minimal set of cookies and local browser storage for essential functions only. Your authenticated session is kept in your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in, and we remember basic preferences such as your theme selection. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Our Services may contain links to third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, OnlyFans, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms. Please review their respective privacy policies.
